Placing an order
To place an order, note the reference numbers of each article you have chosen and enter them on the order form. Post the form to us, with your payment. After we receive this, your articles will be mailed to you by recorded delivery parcel post.
Deliveries
Your orders will be despatched within three days of our receiving the form from you.
For deliveries in France, your parcel will arrive within five or six days at the most.
Postage and packing
For deliveries in metropolitan France, a charge of 8,80 euros is added to the bill for your order (sent by recorded delivery parcel post). For elsewhere in Europe, the extra charge is 15 euros (likewise by recorded delivery parcel post). For more distant deliveries, please consult us directly so that we can tell you the cost of postage and packing, depending on the size of your order.
Orders within France may be settled by cheque or credit card. If by cheque, please enter the total amount (TTC) and make out the cheque to: “Librairie du Château de Castelnaud.” If you prefer to pay by credit card, please enter all banking details requested on the form.
